Many entrepreneurs focus on doing, implementing things, and DOING more. In this post, I talk about why it's worth pausing and taking time for inner work, and why the return on insights is virtually unlimited.
In my experience, you can try to move forward with the handbrake on (stress, the feeling of sacrificing yourself, the feeling of compulsion like "I have to do this") AND if this effort continues it will inevitably lead to a feeling of emptiness, burnout, frustration and a loss of lightness.
Can you remember what it was like when you were inspired? How it felt when things came effortlessly? When your business was a vehicle to express your creativity and joy, or your dreams?
Does it sometimes feel as if 'you exist for your business' and 'you' HAVE to do things for your business instead of the business being a vehicle or expression of joy, creativity and your vision for life?
If this is the case, if you associate stress, frustration, impatience, worry, tension and fatigue with your business and your business relationships, then I would like to invite you to pause and take time for mindfulness and attention.
Because why "just keep doing things the same way" when there is a 'better', more effortless, easier way?
In Insight Coaching, I support entrepreneurs in identifying and questioning their stressful beliefs and concepts, limiting beliefs and cultural mythology that no longer serve them, and when they are ready, in letting go, so that they can see, live and create from more freedom, clarity, inspiration and effortlessness.
Without the handbrake on of stressful, mostly unconscious and unquestioned beliefs.
We explore emotional options and 'make' Life-changing insights into something everyday. And when we are fully in abundance and gratitude, rather than in stress and lack, creating from playful ease and contentment is the natural result.
