Mindset: The rules of life

There are some similarities between the rules of life and the rules of the road.


👉🏾 If you know the traffic rules, you can usually make your way relatively effortlessly and peacefully. Yes, the journey can be really fun (memories of road trips with friends come flooding back), and the undertaking is generally safe. In other words, you'll get from point A to point B reliably and won't be stressed the whole time.


It's similar when you know the traffic rules of life.


👉🏾 Effortless progress in "flow" and calm BEING is the norm when you know the rules of the road. The same is true of the rules of life.


👉🏾 Trust and a feeling of security and acting on a conscious basis are the rule if you know the traffic rules and have some practice and confidence in them ("Yes, even the big truck stops at the red light and I can basically trust that.) ...

Trust, the feeling of security, and acting on an intuition that feels right and that one doesn't constantly question are also the natural state of consciousness when one knows, practices, and develops confidence in the rules of life...


The difference between the rules of life and the traffic rules?

We are taught the latter. For the former, we have no clear guidance, and we often don't learn it at home, at school, or through the media... How we can deal 'effectively' with...


👉🏾 Stressful thoughts

👉🏾 Heavy emotions

👉🏾 Uncertainty and stress

👉🏾 The feeling of doubt, fear, etc.

👉🏾 Interpersonal conflicts

👉🏾 Criticism etc.

But there must be a better way, right?

I can assure you: Yes, there is a better way.


For me, "just carrying on as usual" was not an option at a turning point in my life. I wanted a change. I wanted a more effortless experience. I wanted to work and be 'in the flow' with life, instead of swimming against the current. And I wanted the feeling of 'to be in harmony and connected', both as an entrepreneur and in private life. I got this change.

Thanks to insights into how life's traffic rules really work (and a lot of ongoing inner cleanup work), I can now, as a rule, BE with more serenity. And when that's not the case, I know how to get back to that state of mind.


The knowledge...


👉🏾 ... how I can invite insights at any time, how I can make them something everyday in my life and

...was an absolute game changer for me. This knowledge allows me to feel/have more peace, freedom, clarity, connection, and abundance than I would have thought possible just a few years ago.


And I want to pass that on.

Step by step, through the growing feeling of authenticity, lightness, gratitude and deep joy, the confidence grows that we are actually thinking and acting in accordance with the traffic rules of life and are no longer constantly driving with the handbrake on.
