Insight Coaching - What it's about

Do you want to make the next few months a time full of inspiration and a time of life-changing inner growth and learning for yourself?

Are you interested in a time in which you can always access the feeling of absolute authenticity?

By resting within yourself, insights and realizations becoming something of an everyday occurrence for you and feeling grounded in inner clarity?

A time when decisions are easy for you because they practically make themselves out of your inner clarity?

A time of effortless productivity, where you find your way back from constant stress to playful ease?

If so, then I have something for you today with Insight Coaching….

Before I started the Insight Coaching program, I asked myself what would be the best invitation I could give you and me.

The idea that came to me:

And for that I have a new coaching program developed.

In contrast to my pure business coaching and mentoring, Insight Coaching is about fundamental changes in thinking, limiting beliefs and convictions and how we can BE and CREATE more freely, clearly, inspired and effortlessly.

And therefore: Instead of us only about business, entrepreneurship and solid return on investment (e.g. how to start your business, scale 10X, build processes etc.), we work together in Insight Coaching on unlimited Return on Insights, with a solid return on investment as a “by-product”, because we identify, illuminate and let go of everything that stands in the way of your natural ‘genius’ and hinders your productivity and effortless being and creating.

You might be asking yourself, "Thomas wants to spend the next few months doing what?!%? Insights? What good is that supposed to do?"

Let me explain briefly…

The last few years have shown me:

A single insight, a single rethink, A single KNOWLEDGE can save you years of stress, effort and frustration.

An 'insight' is a change in perception. It's as if a light bulb goes on in your head. When that happens, you suddenly can't believe what you previously saw as fact. You might even have to smile about it.

Imagine you have a stressful belief…

For example, a situation requires a certain, particularly emotional reaction because otherwise you won't get what you want.

Or maybe the belief that you have to be 'careful.' Or the belief that you have to 'work hard.'

Having these often unconscious beliefs is neither good nor bad.

However, once you have experienced what it is like to live without these stressful beliefs,

then life before will, in direct comparison, seem like driving with the handbrake on.

The nice thing is:

For insights and thus the return on insights (the benefit you get from such insight, such a change of thinking),

you don't have to DO anything per se (at least not in the sense in which we usually understand DOING).

Instead, you can “invite” insights into your consciousness and, in my experience, the insights follow with a reliability that

which never ceases to amaze me and in which I now have complete confidence.

The only question that remains is:

  • Am I ready for insights and a new, friendlier, more effective, less stressful and more creative perception?

or to put it another way...

  • Am I open to an 'overhaul' or a revision of the way I look at the world if this 'renewal of perspective' 1) feels absolutely authentic and 2) leads to more peace, joy, health, clarity, creativity, effectiveness and confidence?

Look, both on a personal level and as 'humanity' we are caught in a loop:

> We think the same thoughts

> From these thoughts, see the world from the same perspective,

> Feeling according to our often stressful and anxious thoughts

> Acting according to our unquestioned thoughts (and the resulting emotions)...

And then we wonder about similar results ???

This pattern makes mental evolution and social and intellectual progress laborious and slow.

However....

If you know how insights come to you on demand, then you are on your own inner fast lane in thinking and being.

Not in the sense that you think faster or are faster, but that you 'see more clearly' and are 'more effortless'.

Here are some of the consequences in my experience:

  1. The deep feeling of peace, security, authenticity, being grounded and constantly inspired will awaken within you more and more often.
  2. You may find that you no longer have to make the many decisions you thought you had to make, but that they affect you more and more often. Simply because you know what's at hand. Without guesswork. Without constant doubt. Simply out of clarity.
  3. And you won't have to plan everything anymore if you find that things regularly come to your attention in such a refreshing way that you would never have been able to plan with such inspiration from your normal state of mind.
  4. Or maybe you find that a situation at work, in business, or in your personal relationships suddenly no longer stresses you out, and you feel completely at peace with yourself, and the 'problem' 'dissolves' before your eyes...

In my experience, this is often the result of 'insights'....

That is the miracle.

That is the gift.

So that we don’t just talk about abstract things, I would like to share a short story with you,

that just occurred to me on this topic:

"In 2012, I cycled from Berlin to India with friends. What a journey.

I cycled alone for part of the journey in Turkey, from Istanbul to Ankara.

My friends wanted to spend a longer holiday in Istanbul and for logistical reasons I went ahead.

On the route, somewhere in the middle of nowhere and perhaps after the first 100 kilometers that day,

I noticed that the air had escaped from the front tire.

So I stopped and examined the jacket and the hose. I was in a bit of a hurry.

After all, I wanted to make it to Ankara that evening. And despite my sprint,

I still had quite a distance to go. And since I didn't find anything at first glance, I thought...

Okay, maybe the cause of the hole, whether it was a splinter or a sharp stone, is no longer there.

So I patched the tube. Pumped up the air again. I carried on.

You may already have guessed it...

Twenty kilometers further, in the blazing heat, I notice again that there is no air left in the tire.

Same procedure. I'm still in a hurry. I examine the jacket and hose,

I can't find the cause and patch everything back together. Add air. Done.

(Apparently I still hadn't learned anything.)

And the same thing happens again. A few kilometers and I'm out of breath. Something inside me has to laugh.

I stop again. And I let go of the thought that I'm in a hurry.

Because this time I only have one more patch to patch the new hole. It's scorching hot. I'm sweating like crazy.

And yet... I take the time to really look. I study every spot on the coat. Meticulously.

Knowing full well that things won't continue as before. Because if I get a hole in my tire again,

Then I could be left stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Not a very promising thought for me that day.

And so I examine the casing and hose patiently and with full focus.

And indeed, at some point I find this one small splinter. Inconspicuous. Well hidden. The cause of my 'mishaps'.

I'll remove it and patch the tube one last time. Next time, I'll make it to Ankara."

What does this story have to do with insights?

Well, we often think that "keep going, keep going" is a good guideline. And sometimes it may be.

However, if we find that our thinking is not optimal, in the sense that it stresses us and our solutions based on stressful thinking lead to further stress and conflict, then it may be time to pause and

to look for the “splinter” or the cause of the stress in thinking.

Or to put it another way: Then perhaps it is time to open ourselves up to insights that lead to friendlier, more productive thinking and thus to solutions.

The good news: One insight changes everything. It changes your world. At least to some extent.

And the return on insight, the dividend, the benefit that an insight can bring you, in terms of inner clarity, freedom, creativity, joy and resting in your authentic being can literally be limitless, absolutely without boundaries.

In the Insight Coaching Programm Let us look at which beliefs and concepts in our thinking,

still like a handbrake on (or like a splinter in a bicycle tire) affect us.

And we invite insights together, in the understanding that from a new way of thinking / a new perspective and understanding,

new actions and new results emerge.

We address all areas of life, whether it's...

?? Business, Geld, finanzielle Freiheit und Karriere geht

?? oder um zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen

?? oder um Gesundheit

Because no matter which areas are concerned, The starting point for effective change, something new and productive and insights is always our thinking.

We will then look at the tools, approaches and exercises to achieve this together in the coaching session.
