Hi,

I am pleased that you are interested in the Resilience training from Insight Coaching interested in.

Are you self-employed or a manager? Do you know the feeling of being constantly under pressure?

In the fast-paced world of work and business, we can face many challenges: 'difficult communication' with business partners, customers, or team members. Tight deadlines, 'toxic manners'#, increasing workloads and demands, payment defaults and tax audits, market changes... you name it....

In order to avoid all this feeling like a single rollercoaster ride and to be able to find a good way of dealing with it for yourself and ideally even together with the team, it is in my experience essential to have the right tools and instruments to to be able to navigate confidently through seemingly turbulent times and phases: To accompany you there... that is the goal of the Insight Coaching Resilience Training.

What is resilience and why is it so important?

For me, resilience is the ability to deal with new and old, challenging situations productively and effectively within one's own mind. For me, true resilience doesn't mean being rigid and being able to 'take it easy,' in the sense of 'just' repressing things, persevering, or playing things down, hiding behind an inner shield, but rather Wanting to use 'stress situations' of any kind productively for self-knowledge, inner freedom, learning, insight and growth AND having the mental tools to do so and then to put them into practice.

Understood in this way, resilience helps you overcome apparent setbacks and To look at stressful situations in a new and different way, to emerge from crises stronger and to deal with challenges effectively with an open mind. The result: more freedom, clarity, satisfaction (better psychological well-being) and greater confidence in being able to deal productively with future challenges.

By the way, I'm not the only one who sees it this way: studies show that resilience is associated with higher job satisfaction and better mental well-being.

Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR): Your Resilience Tool

A core part of my resilience training in Berlin is the Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR)This method helps you identify and examine stressful thoughts. For me, it's like a thought MOT – only the thoughts that pass the resilience test receive a badge!

Inquiry Based Stress Reduction supports to resolve negative self-talk, to get a clearer, more objective and calmer view of things as they are and helps to discover completely new approaches to solutions for problems and challenges.

IBSR is an evidence-based approach and, after my own experience in hundreds of applications, it has become my preferred coaching tool due to its effectiveness and the rapid, positive changes and insights it has produced for clients and in my own life.
