Do you sometimes feel trapped in a cycle of stressful thoughts and self-sabotage? In this training, we'll look at how you can use simple questions to step out of the hamster wheel of thoughts and immerse yourself in a state of clarity, ease, and creativity.
Limiting, stressful beliefs are like the internal handbrake. If you release them, a more effortless experience follows. Sometimes, one realization can change everything.
When we complain, it's the 'glue' that keeps us stuck in the situation. Inner work can effectively show us where we can regain our power and self-efficacy and how we can escape the victim role.
Lightness can always be experienced when no heavy thoughts are weighing down the mind. In this training, we'll explore how the mind can release its burden in the form of old programming.
What's holding you back from following your heart, giving your dreams a chance, and taking the steps you know you need to take? Inner work can reveal the blocks that stand between us and effortless creation and help dissolve them.
If what you believe is stressful, 'life' is stressful. For me, becoming 'unstuck' means, step by step, no longer believing what keeps you stuck because it isn't true!

-> make more effort and 'effort'...
OR
... you can pause, release the inner handbrake and see if and how things might be easier, more effortless and more playful with a change of perspective... whether in your relationships, your physical health or in your business or career!
I've tried both ways: making more effort, as well as pausing and releasing the inner handbrake.
Being and creating more effortlessly and playfully is my preference. And the process behind "getting unstuck" is, for me, the mental reset that helps me find more joy in life, lightness, and effortlessness. Regardless of whether life is currently smooth sailing or, from the outside, it looks like a rollercoaster.
In the "Getting Unstuck" training, I'll show you a simple tool that, in my experience, makes every stress and burden easier.
